Our Story

It started with a cat who wouldn't drink.

Our founder's 11-year-old tabby, Momo, was in and out of the vet with urinary problems. The diagnosis was simple and infuriating: she just wasn't drinking enough. Every fountain they tried was either too loud for her to approach, or a nightmare to clean once the pump clogged.

So they built one in a workshop in Taichung. Stainless steel instead of plastic, because plastic scratches and scratches harbour bacteria. A pump that lifts out in one piece, because a fountain you dread cleaning is a fountain you stop cleaning.

Momo is 14 now, and drinks like it's her job.

Taichung, Taiwan

Designed, tooled and assembled in our own facility. We hold the mould, so when something needs to change, we change it — no third-party factory to negotiate with.

Before you buy

How often do filters need replacing?

Every four to six weeks for a single pet, sooner in hard-water areas. A four-pack ships with every fountain, so you're covered for the first five months.

Is it really quiet enough for a nervous cat?

Under 24 dB at one metre — below the hum of most refrigerators. The pump sits in a rubber cradle rather than directly against the basin, which is where most fountain noise actually comes from.

Can I buy replacement parts separately?

Yes. Pumps, filters and lids are all listed individually on Amazon, and we keep parts in stock for discontinued models for three years.
